Welcome to the Science of Drinking   2 comments

SoD WebAt Phoenix Comic Con 2012 – Doc Walling and myself began an exploration of the bar culture that is found in every

science fiction story. From Quark’s Bar on DS9 to the Mos Eisley Cantina – we have begun an epic journey to see what happens when various liquids come together and mix in a thematic harmony. Each post here will be of our various exploits as well as our previous concoctions. Recently we added our camera man – Johnny LaBrat – to the mix who brings his love of burbon, beer and literature to the mix. Believe it or not – having a man wax poetically about Shakespeare does add to our literary credibility.

The recipes from Phoenix Comic Con 2012 which were exhibited at the Captain’s Cantina event will be posted here, as well as the other concoctions from our main panel. After PCC2013, we will have a whole new batch of delectable delights. We even went as far jumping on the YouTube and are now causing watchable mischief. You should take a look!

Also working with The 3 Drunk Geeks – who explore the world of beers (and other alcoholic delights) as well as  Geek Culture/News – we hope to make a contribution that is not only palatable to the mouth but the mind as well. So sit back – relax and enjoy some Science!

loads a lot quicker then most. Can you recommend a good hosting provider at a reasonable price?
